Return & Exchange Policy

  1. All sales are final on clearance, discounted, floor model, and custom-order items.
  2. Customers must inspect all items at the time of pickup or delivery. Any visible damage must be reported immediately upon receipt.
  3. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of pickup or delivery only for manufacturer defects or shipping damage.
  4. Items must be unused, unassembled, and returned in original packaging with all parts included.
  5. Due to the nature of sintered stone (rock slab) products, minor texture, pattern, or color variations are considered normal and are not considered defects.
  6. Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchased furniture dimensions fit their home, doorway, elevator, and staircase access before purchase. Returns due to size or fitting issues are not accepted.
  7. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
  8. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to approved returns.
  9. Deposits are non-refundable once the order is confirmed or inventory is reserved.
  10. Oasis Furniture is not responsible for damages caused after pickup, improper assembly, misuse, moving, or accidental impact.
  11. Any claim regarding defects or damages must include photos and proof of purchase.
  12. Oasis Furniture reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the conditions above.
