Terms of Service(服务条款)

  1. By placing an order with Oasis Furniture, the customer agrees to all terms and conditions listed below.
  2. All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.
  3. Full payment or deposit may be required before order processing, inventory reservation, delivery, or pickup scheduling.
  4. Deposits are non-refundable once an order is confirmed or inventory is reserved.
  5. Estimated delivery dates are provided as guidelines only. Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, suppliers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
  6. Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchased furniture can fit through entrances, staircases, elevators, hallways, and intended spaces before purchase.
  7. Oasis Furniture is not responsible for damages occurring after customer pickup, third-party transportation, improper assembly, misuse, negligence, or accidental impact.
  8. Natural variations in color, texture, veining, grain, or finish of sintered stone, ceramic, wood, or other materials are considered normal and not manufacturing defects.
  9. Customers must inspect all products upon delivery or pickup and report any visible damage immediately.
  10. Any claim regarding defects or missing parts must be submitted within 3 days of delivery or pickup with photos and proof of purchase.
  11. Product measurements may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances.
  12. Oasis Furniture reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at its sole discretion.
  13. Prices, product availability, specifications, and policies may change without prior notice.
  14. Oasis Furniture shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use purchased products.
  15. By purchasing from Oasis Furniture, the customer acknowledges and accepts these Terms of Service.
