Return & Exchange Policy
- All sales are final on clearance, discounted, floor model, and custom-order items.
- Customers must inspect all items at the time of pickup or delivery. Any visible damage must be reported immediately upon receipt.
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of pickup or delivery only for manufacturer defects or shipping damage.
- Items must be unused, unassembled, and returned in original packaging with all parts included.
- Due to the nature of sintered stone (rock slab) products, minor texture, pattern, or color variations are considered normal and are not considered defects.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchased furniture dimensions fit their home, doorway, elevator, and staircase access before purchase. Returns due to size or fitting issues are not accepted.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable.
- A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to approved returns.
- Deposits are non-refundable once the order is confirmed or inventory is reserved.
- Oasis Furniture is not responsible for damages caused after pickup, improper assembly, misuse, moving, or accidental impact.
- Any claim regarding defects or damages must include photos and proof of purchase.
- Oasis Furniture reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the conditions above.
