RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you for choosing our products. Please carefully read the following return and exchange policy before making a purchase.
1. Orders & Payments
- All orders will be processed after confirmation and deposit payment.
- Custom orders, special sizes, special colors, or special request items are non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed.
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- Ownership of the goods remains with the company until full payment is received.
2. Returns & Exchanges for In-Stock Items
- In-stock items may be eligible for return or exchange within 3 days after delivery or pickup.
- Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Uninstalled
- Unused
- No scratches, damage, or stains
- Original packaging intact
- In resellable condition
- Customers must provide proof of purchase (invoice or order number).
- For returns not caused by product defects:
- Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- A 15%-30% restocking fee may apply
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following items or situations are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom orders
- Clearance, discounted, or final sale items
- Customer-caused damage
- Damage caused by improper installation
- Normal wear and tear
- Requests made after the return period
- Minor color variations caused by lighting or screen display
- Damage caused during customer transportation
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Customers must inspect all products before signing for delivery.
- If shipping damage is found:
- Take photos immediately
- Keep all original packaging
- Contact us within 24 hours
- Claims for shipping damage may be denied if not reported within the required timeframe.
5. Product Information
- Natural variations in color, pattern, and texture are normal.
- Product dimensions may have slight variations (approximately ±1-3 cm).
- Customers are responsible for confirming that product dimensions fit their space and intended use.
- Commercial furniture may show different wear levels depending on usage conditions.
6. Installation
- Commercial furniture does not include installation service unless otherwise stated.
- Installation service must be booked in advance and may involve additional charges.
- The company is not responsible for issues caused by third-party or self-installation.
7. Limitation of Liability
The company is not responsible for damages caused by improper installation, misuse, third-party transportation, or circumstances beyond our control.
