RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for choosing our products. Please carefully read the following return and exchange policy before making a purchase.


1. Orders & Payments

  1. All orders will be processed after confirmation and deposit payment.
  2. Custom orders, special sizes, special colors, or special request items are non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed.
  3. All deposits are non-refundable.
  4. Ownership of the goods remains with the company until full payment is received.


2. Returns & Exchanges for In-Stock Items

  1. In-stock items may be eligible for return or exchange within 3 days after delivery or pickup.
  2. Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:
    • Uninstalled
    • Unused
    • No scratches, damage, or stains
    • Original packaging intact
    • In resellable condition
  1. Customers must provide proof of purchase (invoice or order number).
  2. For returns not caused by product defects:
    • Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
    • A 15%-30% restocking fee may apply


3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items or situations are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom orders
  • Clearance, discounted, or final sale items
  • Customer-caused damage
  • Damage caused by improper installation
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Requests made after the return period
  • Minor color variations caused by lighting or screen display
  • Damage caused during customer transportation


4. Shipping & Delivery

  1. Customers must inspect all products before signing for delivery.
  2. If shipping damage is found:
    • Take photos immediately
    • Keep all original packaging
    • Contact us within 24 hours
  1. Claims for shipping damage may be denied if not reported within the required timeframe.


5. Product Information

  1. Natural variations in color, pattern, and texture are normal.
  2. Product dimensions may have slight variations (approximately ±1-3 cm).
  3. Customers are responsible for confirming that product dimensions fit their space and intended use.
  4. Commercial furniture may show different wear levels depending on usage conditions.


6. Installation

  1. Commercial furniture does not include installation service unless otherwise stated.
  2. Installation service must be booked in advance and may involve additional charges.
  3. The company is not responsible for issues caused by third-party or self-installation.


7. Limitation of Liability

The company is not responsible for damages caused by improper installation, misuse, third-party transportation, or circumstances beyond our control.
